Spectacular Storm on Saturn

Today, and image came back from the Cassini satellite that showed Saturn's North Pole. The image was of a huge storm, it would have engulfed the United States. Just the eye of the storm was 1,250 miles long, and the cloud speed was estimated at almost 330 miles an hour. The picture that is shown looks very colorful, but they are just put there to show the really high clouds and the really low clouds. Many scientists here on Earth believe that we can learn from this storm. They believe that we can understand hurricanes here better than we do right now.

Passenger Plane Overshoots Runway and Ends up in the Water

At the Bali International Airport a passenger plane carrying 100 people attempted to land and it overshot the runway and crashed in the water. Officials say that only one person had serious injuries initially, also over 18 people were sent to the hospital to get checked on. Some people saw the plane heading towards the water, and they saw the fuselage crack nearly in half. Nobody knows why the plane went into the water, they say the pilot was fit to fly, and not like on cocaine. Everyone is reported to be okay, and no geese were killed in this incident, but the plane was lost to the Indian Ocean.

Operation Scorching Earth

My account of this battle has been horrible, many good men lost to the Korean forces, who have pushed us all the way back into China. Our Operation began just a few days ago, which was a retaliation on Korea for attempting to fire nuclear weapons at us. At first we were a surprise to them, because they are a very isolated country, but after a few hundred bombs dropped, they knew what was going on. I deployed into battle with my squad via airship. It was a rough ride down, and the plan we were in sustained heavy fire and took a rocket to the left wing, sending it down in a ball of flames. Luckily most of my squad made it to the estimated point of landing. Corporal Massad and Private Kummer made it with me, but Lance Corporal Orsted was no where to be found. We rejoined with a tank battalion that had air support, but we were out gunned, by Koreans with already place landmines and rocket launchers. Our Navy suffered heavy causalities, they lost two destroyers no survivors. Kummer was hit in the leg, by an RPG round, but his pain was ended quickly, because the tank he was next to started retreating and smashed him into the pavement. I retrieved his dog tag as best I could, but Kummer was gone.

We are forming a counter strike, that is going to begin on April 1st. All guns blazing, full counter strike, no prisoners, no survivors.

The assault began with very few casualties for us, and many for the Koreans. Storming the capital was the hardest part, because our squad was getting shelled by friendly tanks. Our mission was to kill Kim Jong-un and if possible take him alive. Corporal Massad put a breach charge on a door, and when it blasted the door, we moved in. He pegged to soldiers and I stabbed a guard in the throat. We walked into a room, where there were three guards on the floor dead. We looked around and saw Lance Corporal Orsted. He had made it to the ground, but he was captured. They tortured him and tried to get information out of him, but he was very strong willed and never said anything. We grabbed his gun, just in case, and we gave it to him. Etched into his gun was the name "Ol' Bessie." He really loves that weapon. He is completely inspired by Full Metal Jacket for sure.

We made it to Kim Jong-un's palace room and he knew he had been defeated. He quietly surrendered and he threw down his sidearm. I walked up to him, and told him that we are taking him alive, he looked relieved. As I turned around, I had a slight grin, and I said April Fool's and I shot him in the head.

With the death of the their dictator, North Korea withdrew and stopped the violence. Well that's it.
